Why book through us?

We created My Huatulco Vacation to make private rentals in the Huatulco area more accessible to international travellers. Beyond that, we found that properties that were already accessible online seemed subjective in their online descriptions and details due to the fact that they were being rented by the owners themselves. This subjectivity made us feel unsure as to whether we were making an informed decision on our vacation rental. We are avid travellers ourselves and do so individually, as couples and as families with children. Each type of travel calls for different property requirements and area-related interests. It is our goal to ensure you're getting the best suited property option for your travel needs.

AREA GEOGRAPHY

All of the Huatulco villa rentals we represent are conveniently located within a 30 mile radius of the area's international airport (Aeropuerto Internacional Bahias de Huatulco, HUX).

This area is otherwise known as Mexico's Costa Chica. With no roads to the outside world, this region remained virtually uninhabited and undeveloped until 1982, which is around the time the coastal highway 200 was pushed through (as part of FONTUR's tourism development plan).

This is one of North America's last ecologically pristine tourist locales and one of the only accessible destinations where you'll feel as though you have literally stepped off the plane into a seemingly untouched tropical paradise.

MY HUATULCO VACATION PROPERTY STANDARDS

All of the villas and condo rentals we represent have been inspected by our Canadian property specialist, and meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. All properties must be well equipped with full kitchens, bathrooms that include either a shower and/or bathtub, and other necessary ammenities to ensure your experience is a pleasant one.

Since all of our properties are privately owned, the property amenities, sizes and decor range quite dramatically. That is where our photo galleries come in handy - to ensure all of the owners' tastes correspond with your own. The beach/waterfront accessibility ranges from direct beachfront access to cliffside ocean views to inland properties. Each villa/condo is different. Our search options enable you to work through the inventory in order to limit your search to properties that offer the ammenities and accessibility you are looking for.

VILLA RENTAL RATES

Property rental rates vary widely. Depending on the season (high, mid, low) you can see a variance of up to 50%. Our property availability calendars will indicate the rates according to the season during which you are looking to travel.
