STEP 1

To start the booking process, please complete the form below to put your villa/condo on hold. If you would prefer to contact us by phone, you can do so at: (877) 778-7986 . Once we receive your reservation request, we will place a courtesy hold on the property pending completion of the booking. We will contact you to answer any questions you have and to get the necessary information needed to proceed with the booking.

STEP 2

Once we have your property on hold, we will forward you reservation details by email. This form must be faxed or emailed back to our office within 2 business days to complete the reservation. You can contact us by phone or email should you have any questions during this process. Once this booking form has been filled out and returned, the 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card (provided on the booking form).

STEP 3

The balance owing will be charged to your card six weeks prior unless another form of payment has been arranged (i.e. check or bank transfer). Approval for this charge is included on the booking form to be emailed out.

STEP 4

After receiving and processing the reservation through our main office, a booking confirmation and rental package will be mailed out to the booking contact person. The package will be your vacation confirmation and will include all property details and relevant information including - access details, directions, relevant local contact information, etc.)
